Kenergy is a distribution co-op that works with Big River Electric to deliver a reliable supply of affordable power, with competitive economic development rates for high-energy consumers (far below Vectren’s rates across the Ohio River in Indiana). With two substations nearby, including a 13-megawatt facility 2.5 miles away, there’s redundancy that reduces the potential and impact of downtime.  Big Rivers Electric Corporation has an economic development incentive rate that is the best in the state and perhaps the best in the nation.

Water and Wastewater

Henderson County Water Utility serves the park with water and sewer plants just across U.S. 41, each with a capacity of 4 million gallons per day, and two million-gallon water towers on Park property. Need more water for production? 4 Star Industrial Park’s proximity to the Ohio River gives you access to all the raw water you need.

Natural Gas

Atmos Energy, the nation’s largest regulated, natural-gas-only distributor, supplies the Park, with access to two high-pressure gas lines. That means even large-volume gas users can connect at a surprisingly affordable cost. Major users can even tap into the massive Texas Gas transmission line. Facilities using more than 9000 MCF can purchase gas on the open market, rather than paying the set tariff. Other incentives may also be available.

Fiber

Every site in the 4 Star Industrial Park has earned the AT&T Fiber Ready designation, providing ready access to AT&T’s world-class fiber network.
