4 Star Industrial Park: great opportunities for growth-minded companies

The Kyndle Region’s 4 Star Industrial Park offers so many advantages to companies — and our location within a day’s drive of nearly 43 percent of the nation’s population and major distribution hubs and ports is just one of them.

READY INFRASTRUCTURE.  Sites TR 01 and TR 13 are certified Shovel-Ready, and Site TR 13 is certified Build-Ready, allowing for faster development. TR 13 offers a 150,000 sf engineered building pad. This park is fully utility served. The entire park is AT&T Fiber Ready certified, with all sites having access to existing fiber lines. The Park has a one-million gallon water tower on site.  A second one-million gallon water tower is located across US 41 with an adjacent water treatment facility.

REDUNDANT ACCESS. The Park is located just five minutes from Interstate 69, with U.S. 41 available as a second entry and exit point.

ONE OWNER. Because 4 Star Industrial Park is owned and managed by the West Kentucky Industrial Development Authority, companies don’t need to negotiate with multiple owners to piece together the acreage they need.

RAIL ACCESS. A north-south CSX line connecting the Park with the Henderson Riverport feeds into an east-west spur that serves the Park, giving companies the opportunity to connect their own spurs.

No wonder Southern Business & Development Magazine called 4 Star Industrial Park the Best Small-Town Industrial Site in Kentucky!
