READY INFRASTRUCTURE. Sites TR 01 and TR 13 are certified Shovel-Ready, and Site TR 13 is certified Build-Ready, allowing for faster development. TR 13 offers a 150,000-sf engineered building pad. This park is fully utility served. The entire park is AT&T Fiber Ready certified, with all sites having access to existing fiber lines. The Park has a one-million-gallon water tower on site.
