SHOVEL-READY

Park sites TR 01 and TR 13 have earned the Shovel-Ready designation, significantly decreasing the amount of time normally spent on the detailed site investigation phase of a location study. As Shovel-Ready sites, they meet the requirements for manufacturing and meet or exceed the requirements for food processing. The sites have access to water, wastewater, fiber, and electricity, and can be connected to the CSX rail spur serving the Park.

BUILD-READY

Park site TR 13 has earned Build-Ready certification, verifying that unknown obstacles have been removed and due diligence has been performed, so the project implementation timeline has been significantly accelerated. Archaeological, environmental, and geotechnical studies have already been performed, a 150,000 sf engineered building pad has been constructed, preliminary design work has been completed (with defined project costs and construction timeframes), site plan permits have been approved, and necessary infrastructure is already in place, so construction can begin immediately.
