Well-connected by road, rail, river, and air

The Kyndle Region is easily accessible by road, rail, river, and air, and the 4 Star Industrial Park is located to make the most of each. By road, we’re just five minutes from Interstate 69, which stretches from Port Huron to Houston, with connecting roads designed to speed semi traffic to the highway. That means you’ll have fast access to Detroit, Indianapolis, Memphis, and the Gulf Coast. U.S. Highway 41 provides another access point, and both roads give you quick links to Interstates in all directions, including I-24, I-57, I-64, and I-65. All that means your facility will be within a day’s drive of much of the nation’s population and many Atlantic and Gulf Coast ports.

If you use large quantities of raw materials, you’ll appreciate our river access. 4 Star Industrial Park is located between the Ohio, Green, and Tradewater Rivers, with the Henderson County Riverport just 16 miles away. An active Foreign Trade Zone and customs port-of-entry, the Riverport’s equipment can lift up to 250,000 pounds.

For inbound and outbound rail shipping, 4 Star Industrial Park is served by a CSX rail spur, with plenty of room for you to build connections from the spur to your facility. CSX offers connections with major seaports, among them Charleston, Wilmington, Savannah, and Mobile.

Need to move goods even faster? The Kyndle Region has plenty of air options for both corporate planes and air cargo, with the UPS Worldport® in Louisville just over two hours away (and the FedEx Superhub in Memphis within a half-day’s drive). Henderson City-County Airport (KEHR) is just 16 miles away, with 5,500-foot runways that are scheduled to be extended. Within a half-hour are Evansville Regional’s (KEVV) 8,000-foot runways and regular service from four major airlines. You’re also within an easy drive of the international airports in Louisville, Nashville, Indianapolis, and Memphis, giving you fast access to the world.
